Is it true that the Saudi royal family has the largest collection of alcoholic drinks in the world?

If so, what do they intend using it for?

It was mentioned on a BBC documentary ages ago.

mofty, I agree with some of what you say but I wonder why you waste time saying it since I will not be going to your grave

Is it wonder that the hordes of Saudi princes are allegedly egaged in squandering large amounts of people's petro dollars on gambling in the Western countries; and leave Saudi Arabia in the holy month of fasting (Ramadan) in order not to be seen that they are not used to fasting for 14 hours daily with not a drop of water; while a billion Muslims do fast across the world.

This is almost certainly true. A freind who worked in Saudi told me that alcohol was always available and there are nightclubs there. However cameras are banned. Why? the pictures can be used to blackmail "respectable" Saudies
