Can you please provide a recipe of the dough and sauce?
(Also, can you tell me your favorite toppings?)

Thank you.

PIZZA DOUGH (Bread Machine)
This will make 1 or two pizza's depending on size.

2 teaspoons dried granulated yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup water, plus
2 tablespoons water

Place all the above ingredients in the order I have listed into the bread machine. You can use a stand mixer or do it by hand also.
Select the dough cycle and press start!
When the dough cycle is complete, take the dough out of the machine and place in well greased bowl, and roll the dough around (in the bowl) thus'coating' it in oil.
Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1/2 an hour.
Knead the risen dough lightly.
To shape and bake: roll the dough into a circle.
Place on well greased baking tray or pizza pan.
Then add a topping of your choice and bake at 425F/225'C.
NOTE: for a nice crisp and very thin pizza, bake BEFORE adding the topping AND after!

My favorite is what I call a Mediterranean pizza. I use Pesto for the sauce and then throw on Feta and Mozzarella cheese, Artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, olives, and sometimes mushrooms. Wicked good!

Well I'm not a vegan or a vegeterian but I do like this veggie pizza my mom use to make. She made up a pack of hidden valley ranch dressing and put it on a store bought pizza dough and then topped it with tomotoes, carrots, cucumbers, squash, and shredded cheese. I guess if you are vegan you probably won't eat the cheese or sourcream mixed with the ranch. I would suggest mixing a soy based product with dill relish instead.

Papaya, rocket ( arugala) shredded onion, raw green pea ( blanched), tomato, cilantro and curry salad. Mix all ingredients together, go light on the aragula, and douse with a streak of hit curry sauce. Squeeze a lime over and boom. It's the meaning of my life. If you want to cook. RIce, avocado, black bean, sweetcorn, wild greens salad with baked tofu and cojita vin dressing, a littel bit of cojita cheese ( soycheese is as good) with a litle red wine and red chili and pepper flakes. This is amazing with baked tofu- get that from a good asian shop, or at least use extra firm tofu whic you've pressed overnight so it gets chewy. Sliced avicado- beans, corn, on the rice ( use mexican rice with allspice, garlic, salt pepper and a few chili flakes in the cooking, and a tad of chili powder so it goes red- the allspice is important). Make the rice really steaming and add the stuff. THe dressing makes it. It's a fantastic salad- for the greens use bitter chard, swiss chard, radicchio, shred it up and drop a little on top of the rice with the beans and corn.

This is my favorite site on the planet for recipes! Try this one or do an ingredient search for others; some are even simpler and use cresent roll dough for the crust.
