The ones with the deepest colors. Apples and green grapes are mostly sugar. All the vitamins are in the skin for those two. Rumor has it Goji (Wolfberry) is the healthiest, and Acai is up there too. As for the mundane fruits, Blueberry and Pomegranate has the best reputation.

Blueberries - they are an acquired taste though so I guess if we are eating 5 - a day which is bloomin' hard going at times, go for all of the more usual everyday fruits but, again - my golden rule - eat FRESH - No mashing mixing or blending, all of this changes the fibres. Good things don't need additives so ,enjoy them as they are......naturally..........xxxx

According to the nutritionists, we should consume 5 different fruits each day. So, try to choose for your daily intake 5 of them.
Like all food, each fruit has its own goodness and benefits.
As long as you can able to find in the market and able to purchase and able to eat, just enjoy it...
There are many different forms of life such as: - if you live in an Arctic country you have no chance to find many varieties of fruit...- if you have not enough money you can not buy them.. - even if you can able to find and able to buy, you may not in the position to consume them because of your health...diabetes, acidity level of your body etc.
So, enjoy as much as you can able...
All fruits are healthy like any other food but do not go extreme...

Supposedly any fruit which is red or dark red is the healthiest, and also supposed to help keep cancer at bay.

I think the answer depends on the in what way you want it to be healthy:

High in vitamin c? -grapefruit, kiwi,black currant...
Rich in fiber? - apple,banana...
Good before physical excersise: banana...
Cooling and not much calories: watermelon...

you should maybe take insecticide into the consideration. Banana and oranges are easily peeded and you won't get the chemicals in you but apples, pears etc you might eat the peel =less healthy.
