As you get stronger, and your heart too, you have more choices.

To start, just walking, or seated using an exercycle on an easy setting.

Heartailment? Actually there is no one best exercise. What might be right for some one else might kill you.

You had better get with your heart doctor and work with him on that. Get him to set you up an exercise that is right for you. He or she is the one you need to be working with on that. Not us.

I'd suggest swimming, but I'd discuss it with your primary physician before you start.
