my balls are red and itch insanely, could i have herpes?
what are some other possibilities?

Redness and itchiness can be caused by a lot of things from STDs to a reaction to a certain laundry soap or body wash.
If you are concerned you have a STD or another infection then see your doctor and have them take a look at you. They can test you for STDs by obtaining a blood and urine sample. Good luck!

Herpes will present with a mild to moderate itch, accompanied by vesicles in clusters.
It doesnt sound like herpes.
However it sounds like pubic lice. You should go to your Primary Health Care Provider asap.

You could have jock itch, check with a doctor.

Are there any bumps down there? Do you have crabs? I have never had crabs but was told they really itch

the chances that you have something is obvious...go to the doc only antibiotics are gonna save you
