Cow's milk is for baby cows, not for cats, humans or any other animal.

No adult mammal is supposed to ever drink milk, not even from it's own species.

Are you a baby?
If not, you have no reason to drink milk, especially milk with bovine growth hormones in it. Then again, this is a "free country" so you can increase your cancer risk all you want.

Just so you know, humans aren't cats.

You really shouldn't give a cat cows' milk. It's "unsafe" for humans because humans are not baby calves. We're not supposed to drink cows' milk--or the milk of any other mammal. And we're certainly not supposed to drink milk after we've been weaned. And with all the hormones, chemicals, and antibiotics in milk, I wouldn't touch the stuff anyway.

Some people will recommend CatSip or lactose-free milks, but you can also try giving your kitty small amounts of soy milk. My cat goes nuts when I have soy ice cream, and the vet says a small taste won't hurt her. So she gets to lick the bowl when I'm done; all she really wants is a taste of what mom is having.

Actually cats should not be drinking cows milk. Many cats are lactose intolerant and drinking milk causes them to have diarrhea and gastric upset. EDIT: Even though you give your cat milk, it does not mean it doesn't upset their stomachs. Children who are lactose intolerant can drink milk, and depending on how sensitive they are to it determines how they react. I knew one child that got very ill from drinking milk(vomiting) and another that simply got a belly ache.

Besides even if cats could drink milk, why would that make it safe for people. Sheep can eat large amounts of arsenic, which is deadly to people.

This isn't really an answer, but there is another species that drinks "milk" from a different species.

There are ants that drink secretions from aphids. I tried to post a link but I couldn't get it to work; just put "ants milk aphids" on a search engine and you will find information.
