They're both awesome, but I could probably eat more beets than I could sauerkraut. I just had tofu dogs chopped up in sauerkraut last night.

I like sourcrout in certain things... but its not a top pick of mine.
Have you ever eaten pickled beats? They are awesome. I would eat them anyday.

sauerkraut.. Love the stuff!!
Especially with soy hotdogs or sausage, bread and potatoes
Oh.. lots of mustard too..
