my appetite has decreased where i can only eat half of my dinner and i exercise a lot so i am worried. i eat healthy meals and a balanced vegetarian diet. i don't feel hungery or tired though but i've lost a bit of weight. i've tried forcing myself to eat more but i can't

All kinds of things affect ones appetite. STRESS, Heat, Boredom. Do make your self get some meals/snacks in or your metabolism will fall. Also eating does help increase your appetite. Try 6 "snacks" spread out over the day. Eat only good food. No junk. Drink plenty of water.

the same thing sometimes happens to me, but then I'll have one of those days I'll be really hungry again.

Maybe it's the food your'e eating. Try cooking different meals.
