Of course. It just depends on the STD.

Bacterial STDs can be cured with antibiotics.

Viral STDs can be treated, but NOT cured with antiviral medication. There are NO cures for viral STDs.

STDs caused by parasites can also be cured.

Depends on what kind of VD you mean. Some are bacterial and can be cured with antibiotics. Others are viral and cannot be cured, just controlled.

YES there is treatment for venereal disease. You must get if from a MD or clinic though. Make sure all of your partners are also treated, too.*****
