Serious question -- honest. How do you stand about the worm?
(I'd kind of like to know soon.)

Tequila does not have a worm, only some low end Mescals have worms. Why? Do you want to eat worms?

Tequila is the fermented (old) juice of the Agave Cactus. Thrill seekers in Mexico, to prove their manliness, drink Tequila with a worm in the bottle.

Worms are not part of the fermentation process!

It is made from cactus, the worm is just a sales slogan for bad tequila. The worm has nothing to do with tequila.

It's a mill worm and is not a part of production unless you buy a tequila that has them in the bottle. It is a sales ploy now-a-days... and no... I don't eat the worm or touch the tequila that is not vegetarian.

Not all Mezcal has a worm in it, and it isn't tequila per se. Tequila is a blue agave mezcal. Gusano worms are only in certain Mezcals, but not allowed in tequila.

Only some tequila's have worms (specifically those that come from the Mexican state of Oaxaca). Most tequila's are made from an Agave plant.

Not all tequila have worms in it. tequila should be plenty vegan......That's almost like asking how do feel about orange just because birds may nest in the trees.
