I don't make up anything dear. Your getting alot more of everthing especialy protein in a meat eating diet. I just eat the right amounts of everything now that's all.
I eat lots of beans and pastas and potatoes for energy and protein and iron. I eat veggies for protein and vitamins such as calcium. I drink soy milk for my B 12. I eat twice as many green veggies as you do and am more selective with the ones I eat. I also eat tofu for extra protein and calcium and iron. I'm not missing anything. Your just getting too much is all.
I don't consume those frozen fake meats unless really nesesary. I eat those as much as a person on a strict diet eats fast food almost never.

Nothing, i just eat food made from vegetables, fruit, cereals, nuts, dairy.
There is nothing to "make up", meat has very little in it from a nutrition point of view. Unfortunately the world has the commercial meat industry machine to keep saying how great meat is and few people question it.

You just eat more good, healthful, whole foods like grains, fruits, veggies, beans and other legumes, nuts and seeds, etc. There's nothing in meat that you have to go out of your way to replace as long as you're eating a varied diet of plant foods.

Other food that isn't meat.
Sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about nutrients that are in meat? You don't have to eat meat for protein or anything else, those nutrients can be found in other foods.

nothing really. I'm extremely healthy and I don't have a problem with anything. I take a vitamin just to make sure, but I did that when I ate meat.
