pott's disease is tuberculosis that has occurred anywhere in the body other than the respiratory tract. So much of what you are asking isn't answerable in this venue, there is an entire body to consider. Suggest you read up on the pathology of Pott's and then apply that pathology to each part of the body you wish to address. In other words, do your own homework.
