Yes, many kinds. I hope that the market will expand in the coming years so we have more flavors of cheese available. Right now I stick with soy swiss.

Oh, my, yes! Many soy cheeses have casein, a dairy protein, which will be a concern if you're vegan.

A couple of vegan brands are Follow Your Heart (available online or at natural foods stores) and Scheese (available online at vegan retailers).

Road's End also makes packets of cheese sauce mix, called Chreese, in a variety of flavors. They're also available at natural foods stores or online.

Yes to both. Look in the cheese section of your local store, or better yet, go to a health food grocery store (Whole Foods, Wild Oats, etc) and they will have a big selection.

My favorite is Vegenrella, mozzarella flavored. It melts to a very creamy consistency - great in vegan enchiladas!!

Yes, they both exist. Soy Satin is one brand, and Trader Joe's and Whole Foods both have their own store brands. The problem is that they're usually gross; they have a rubbery texture, and either have off-flavors or taste like plastic. Hence the reason I tend to call it "plastic cheese".

Yes there is such a thing. I have to get it at a vegetarian grocery store since they have one where I live.

This is the best kind I've tried so far.
It melts really well.

Look for at places like Earthfare, Wholefoods, or Wild Oats.
If there's not one near you try ordering online.
