I like to make big baked potatoes with all the toppings on them. You could also do a salad with the legs and potato. Remember, crab legs will only keep you full for so long. My husband has to have something with substance so this is usually a sure bet for us. Good Luck!

always going with baby boiled potatoes for crab legs, dipped in butter and fresh dill or parsley. I would serve a nice Clam chowder beforehand or a good caesars salad with anchovies. Add some fresh baked garlic bread and a nice bottle of white wine.

We're having crab legs tonight for my youngest child's 18th birthday and for the sides, we're having garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and some thick, crusty French bread.

What about cajun rice? Or maybe even some kind of pasta like fettuccine alfredo or something like that? You could also try baked potatoes with sour cream. Also, you should make some biscuits or crescents to go with it. Top it off with wine or champagne.

Clarified butter. Cocktails (beer, wine, whatever he likes). A nice pasta with alfredo sauce. Crusty, artisan bread. A baby greens salad (if he's the type of guy that likes salads).
Another route would be to do it up like a low country boil...
