Is it normal or under/over to have 33 units pumped/pump? I know I might be asking this in kind of a confusing way..but any knowledge/advice shared would be appreciated. =)

It's a small child's heart (age 5) with aortic stenosis with only 2 valves instead of 3.

How much blood the heart pumps with each beat (stroke volume). The amount of blood pumped out of a ventricle with each heartbeat is called stroke volume. When you're resting, stroke volume is about the same as the amount of blood that veins carry back to the heart. But under stressful conditions, the nervous system can increase stroke volume by making the heart pump harder.

Stroke volume can also be affected by certain hormones, drugs, and diseases, as well as increases or decreases in the amount of blood in the body, called blood volume.

That'll greatly depend on the size of the heart and the grade of ventricle. The size of the heart determine's how much blood the heart can hold. The grade of the ventricle determines how effective the pumping action is. A grade 1 ventricle (for a 'normal' heart) will eject more than 75% of the blood in the chamber. A grade 4 ventricle is ejecting less than 25% of the blood in it.
