Herpes can be transmitted by an infected mother to her child during childbirth. You or your partner would probably have suffered outbreaks by now and would be aware of infection.
You can still get pregnant, even during your first sexual encounter. It is prudent to wear a condom unless you are trying to get pregnant.

No. If you have the same partner and you are both faithful to one another you will not get STD's of any kind. One partner has to have an STD to give it to the other. If you know you have been faithful and get an STD, then possibly your partner wasn't faithful, but don't run a muck if this is the case. See a doctor to identify what the problem is and find out how you might have contracted it.

If the other person is cheating.
Otherwise the ONLY sexually disease that can be transmitted by a toilet seat or something else is stage 2 syphilis and usually people notice it long before that point, it is hard to ignore the rash.
There are two exceptions: Crabs and IV use
1.Crabs (pubic lice); which can be caught from contact with contaminated clothing
According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pubic_lice
“it can be found in eyebrows, pubic hair, beards, moustaches, underarm hair and even on eyelashes. The individual louse can survive for about 24 hours apart from its necessary human host, so that crab lice can be passed on in sleeping bags and bedding. The louse feeds on blood and can leave irritating spots on the skin, sometimes mistaken for pimples, a condition called Pediculosis pubis.”
2.AIDS and other disease can be transferred if an infected person shares a needle with someone else. This is common among drug users.
An infected mother can transfer a STD to her baby as it passes through the birth canal, but that is rare.
In the developed world the blood supply is tested with every donation and thrown out if it is contaminated with a disease, before it can be given out.

If you mean that you guys are both each others first partners, then your ok. as long as neither of you were born with anything.(sometimes a mother can pass a disease to her child during delivery) You should use some form of birth control though so you wont get pregnant.
On the other hand if you mean you both had one partner before you met each other......
It's possible that the ONE partner you guys each had could have carried a disease. (you're having sex with everyone they've been with, and everyone they've been with, and so on...) The best thing to do is for both of you to get tested before you have sex, especially if you're not going to use condoms. Then you can both have peace of mind.
Good Luck!

Only if they were born with it as a child. As long as you and your partner have never had any sexual incounters than you will be safe. You should still have him wear a condom. Cause you don't want a child at this time do ya?

There is a possibility.... Aids is not just transmitted sexually but also thru blood transfusions, sharing same needles, etc. But then, if you're talking of sexual transmission per se, it's advisable to wear condom because you're not 100% sure of your partner not unless you subject him to laboratory work up

If you and your sexual partner have had no other contact W/ others, The worst thing that could happen is that you'd get pregnant.
Unless someone has had A blood transfusion that was tainted...ie...W/ aids no other std unless they've been kissing others...?

yes. Unless you've been with that person from the time you took his/her virginity, and the both of you never stepped out of the relation ship, then no its not possible. But YES it is possible because you can have an STD or AIDS for many years without knowing unless you go for a yearly or monthly checkup. Although some1 is being faithful, before they ment you they may have already slept with some1 who was infected who didnt know they were infected from some1 who didnt know they were infected from some1 who probably knew it was a possibility that they were infected but didnt get tested.
