My teacher said this word in class and I forgot how to spell it.
If I remember right it means 'an unknown pain reoccuring (or something like occuring)'.
(Chronic-idio-pathic-angina) or close to that.
If I can give some more hints I will lol but thanks for your help.

chronic means recurring, idiopathic means cannot be explained or unknown and angina means pain in the heart.
this disease is manifested by pain in the chest radiating to the arm there are types of angina that could be relieved with rest. or you with nitroglycerin patch or oral sublingual drug. there diagnostic test that you doctor could run to explain what problem is there in your heart.

Chronic idiopathic pain? Meaning pain for no reason that happens often.
Angina is pain felt in the chest., so it could be chronic idiopathic pain related to angina?
