I need to know this for homework and the Google Search Engine is not helping me... Could someone please help me with this? Thanks.

I live near an Amish community. The Amish serve a lot of cobblers and pies. Cake is also traditional with hand cranked ice cream; as is pudding, not the store bought kind! This stuff is amazing!!! Custard is a staple dessert as well. Hope this helps!

I went to a market once they sold a lot of baked goods like pies, buns and cookies and cakes, from scratch and they do preserves. I imagine that's the type of desserts that they also have at home.
