Naw, the most you could get without washing them would be seam lice, which are very difficult to diagnose or maybe crabs. When buying second hand clothes, I'd recommend washing them first.
You're worrying for nothing. Go to yard sales, find a bargain and have a good time.

You'd really have to work at it.
The previous owner would have to have AIDS.
Then bleed on the clothes.
Then you'd have to put on the clothes while the blood was still fresh and wet.
Then the wet blood would have to come in contact with a part of your body that had an open cut or sore.
Then, MAYBE you'd have a change of being infected.
