These are 3 good sources for that information.

I personally really like Alta Dena Cheeses..all rennetless.
So are Horizon Organic Cheeses. As you look at these sites you find many more.

If it just says enzymes, it's probably rennet or they don't know so they just put "enzymes." If it isn't rennet it will say so on the front of the package or it will say "enzymes (non-animal)." Also, if it is certified organic cheese (not just all-natural - it has to be certified organic with the little seal on it) it will be rennet-free.

it would be labeled as enyzymes. and rennet is not bad. theirs vegetable rennet and theirs animal rennet and micro rennet. so even if its just labeled rennet you won't know where it came from. you have to call the company and ask. and since some company are more aware of it like subway and papa johns and kellogs(suitable for vegetarians). they put it on their nutritional site but most other don't. Also if you google vegetarian options it would take you to this site where it says what options there are for fast food resturants. so far subway cheese is not vegetarian at all.

In the US it just says "enzymes." You usually don't know from the label if it contains rennet.

I recently learned what animal rennet is and was disgusted! Now I take the time to find cheese that specifically says it's made w/o animal rennet..Tillamook is good and animal rennet free.

It may say both. The only way to be sure is if it says "non animal" or "vegetable rennet"

Here in Canada, vegetarian cheese contains "microbial enzyme". I'm not sure about U.S labeling.
