I marinate mine in Kraft Balsamic vignette salad dressing. Allow the steak to become room temperature. Place on preheated grill. Sear on both sides without turning (insure that the juice's stay in the steak) cook until desired taste. I like mine meduim rare so I turn once after searing. About 3-4 minutes on each side.
