I'm looking for a company that might sell fake seafood meat, mostly for making sushi.

Help!

Hi. There is a company called Vegetarian Plus that makes fake shrimp among other products. Check them out.

Try www.vegieworld.com. I know they have all sorts of analogues, although I have not bought from them yet.

Pangea (www.veganstore.com) has canned Worthington "Skallops."

I never was a seafood fan, so I really can't tell you how good they are.

You can also try just veggie sushi, mixing up vegetables with the rice and seaweed.

I couldn't imagine anything more disgusting to eat then "fake" sushi. Sushi is such a medley of delicate tastes and the mere thought of "fake" sushi is enough to make me blow chunks for the next hour.
