well, it depends on the ingredients.
there is vegan everything.. such as Vegenaise (vegan mayonnaise).
but regular pancakes, Ranch Dressing, mustard, mayonnaise, gravy are not vegan.
special k and frosted flakes are not vegan, as well.

With waffles, pancakes, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, gravy, and cornbread, they're typically not made vegan, but they can be veganized.
Maple syrup--get the organic stuff to make sure it's vegan.
Italian dressing, ketchup, and the cereals, it really depends.
Mustard is usually made of mustard seed, vinegar, and seasonings, but you never know what dreck companies put in food these days.
I don't worry overmuch about the sugar in what I eat, although I do appreciate when a company labels the sugar as non-bone char. Many conventional companies use high fructose corn syrup anyway (gack!).

waffles and pancakes can be, depending on what ingredients you use when making them. you can find plenty of vegan recipes for them online, though. syrup is vegan. ranch dressing is not vegan. italian dressing depends. creamy italian is definitely not vegan, and some non creamy italian dressings still have romano or parmesan cheese in them, which would make them not vegan. mustard and ketchup are vegan, but mayo isn't because eggs are one of its main ingredients. regular gravy would depend on what you mean by regular. if you're talking about the way it's traditionally made, then no, because meat fat and/or drippings are used. however, once again, you can find plenty of vegan recipes for it online. i'm not sure about special k and frosted flakes. like another poster stated, it's hard to be sure without looking at the box. corn bread is another one where it depends on what it's made with. the way it's typically made, it's not vegan, but you can find recipes for vegan versions online.

Assuming the foods you listed are made from a traditional recipe (ie: contain egg or milk), the following are the only vegan foods on your list:
- Italian dressing
- Mustard, ketchup
- Olive Oil
The two cereals MAY be vegan, but if they have casein added to them during processing, that is an animal product, so they are off the list. Since I don't have a box in front of me, cnanot tell you for sure.

Again assuming all of these are made with the traditional ingredients then olive oil is the only vegan food. Condiments and salad dressings contain sugar. Some brands of syrup are vegan if they don't contain sugar.

You need to read the ingredient list because some products that you mentioned (waffles, bread, etc) aren't vegan.
But you could buy them from companies that sell those products using alternative ingredients, making them vegan.

It's "gelatin" and it's not made from seaweed, I can assure you. Gelatin is found in foods like marshmallows, gummi bears, pop tarts, etc. and it is from animal byproducts. There are gelatin alternatives made from seaweed like agar but they are not listed as gelatin. So basicly if it says gelatin, don't eat it.

Personally I like all of them because I am a flexarian vegan. They are delicious and I can eat all of them whenever I want and still be a vegan. However, since it sucks to be a non-flexarian member of the the vegan cult, you can't. It certainly sucks to be vegan.
