Well if it was in the fridge then I would say it's still good to eat. If it was in there for longer than one week then you should throw it away.

When my parents make soup at home and we have leftovers, it stays in the fridge for no more than a week. We even did that with wonton soup so there shouldn't be a problem. Maybe we should wait until an expert answers that just to make sure... x]

If it was kept cold & sealed from the air, it should be OK.
It contains chicken stock which is nutritious for moulds.
Moulds are often air-borne & settle on anything.
Check the surface visually & by smell.
Bring it to a boil for a few minutes to kill anything.

Throw it away. Wonton soup should have chopped up prawns in it and its not safe to reheat prawns.

Chinese food are good for the same day to eat. Once, I warmed up a cashew beef after one day, and I had to throw it out.
