Snap out of it? Sounds like serious deep depression to me- you might want to talk to a therapist. This isn't just going to go away on its own.

You can't snap out of it. You need to go to a mental facility and be treated until you no longer feel like killing yourself. Call 911. Call a friend, call the fire department. Get to a hospital, and they will evaluate you and send you to a psychiatric hospital who can get you the help you out.

NAMI - National Alliance for Mental Illness - www.nami.org. This is a free website that locates doctors in your area, and therapists, helps with finding sources to pay your bills if you can't afford them. Tons of info on any mental health issue.

"Snapping out of it" its not a mood, its a mental disorder, of either chemical or self-inflicted. the feeling of not being wanted isnt a mood.

the best way to seek help is to call the one of many hotlines, talk to a psycharitrist, and maybe, head on out to the local mental health clinic.

i used to feel unwanted, cause i was always teased and humiliated in school, so, i took the i wanna die route, and once i learned to talk to a therapist, and learn feeling sorry for myself and bein kicked down was what the teens i went to school with wanted, i revolted agianst it. it just takes some work

People that think suicide is an answer, must think how much better their life will be after they are dead! Not thinking there is no life for them here on earth after they are dead! Suicide must equal Insane, But to say that is politically incorrect but what did politics ever help anything! The way the world is today would drive anybody crazy if anybody stopped to think about it!

You can't just snap out of depression or suicidal thoughts. It's a disease just like cancer. Find a good therapist and psychiatrist.
