Same way as a conventional oven, you should just turn off the fan or lower the cooking time by a few minutes. With the fan blowing the cake will cook faster.

Lower the temp by 25ºF, bake for shortest time listed on the box, then check w/ wooden toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's done. If cake sticks to toothpick, keep baking.

You should cut your temp back by 25 degrees and check for doneness 10 minutes before you normally would.
