A cigarette end is the most environmentally friendly article that you can possibly have:
paper and tobacco which will form a excellent compost and fertilizer.
None of the rubbish that Gypsies scatter about will bio-degrade in a 1000 years.
Why do Local Councils kiss the ar**s of these filth-producers?
We know, of course, that they want to upset the White Middle-Class Workers. But why do they not bother about rubbish?

Did you know that if you drop a cigarette end it is ONE piece of rubbish.
If a Gypsy drops a rusted-out 18-wheeler then that's classed as ONE piece of rubbish!
That's how smokers are made out to be so dirty:
each piece of ash, each match, each tab-end is a seperate piece of rubbish>

Hey Happyearthmother,
Name one Gyppo in the entire history of the world who has ever done a day's work!
And, by work, I don't mean pouring dirty sump oil over a little old lady's drive and charging her for "Tarmac-king"
I assume by "Scrap" you mean lead from church roofs.
Or do you mean the Luxury 4x4's and mobile homes that they steal?

There is nothing environmentally friendly about cutting down trees to make the paper for your cigarette or for the monoculture tobacco growing which then undergoes processing and many chemical additions.
Gypsies are a race of people - individuals within any race may be responsible for leaving litter and being non environmentally conscious in their life style. Why are you singling out one particular group?
Making a sweeping statement like this about a particular race, creed or sect is a sign of small minded racism and prejudice.

You wont find many gypsies that drop scrap - for many they earn their living buying and selling scrap.

It's not PC to pick on "gypsies", but smokers are considered fair game.

And Amy L shows the typical brainwashed attitude of the anti-smokers. Tobacco leaves are no different than many other plant leaves which also contain trace amounts of toxic chemicals and in themselves are not dangerous. It is inhaling the smoke to get the nicotine that has proven dangerous. Mere contact with the leaves is not dangerous, even to birds.

In some places if a leaf blows out of the back of your lorry you can be fined for littering, even though the specific leaf cannot be found among all the others on the ground. Stupidity is rampant.

Wishful thinking calling a cigarette butt "environmentally friendly." Not hardly. It's full of toxic chemicals, and birds have been known to use them in nexts. The toxins can harm the fragile baby birds, as they do the person that smoked it down to the nub. Disgarded cigarette butts are the lazy smokers way of sharing a filthy habit with the rest of the world. Ashtrays proliferate. Use them. Please.

I don't know anything about these gypsys you speak of, or rusted-out 18 wheelers!?!

Gypsy's are the ones that travel around doing no harm. the ones your talking about are them that steal anything destroy property want to live off others then set up camp anywhere saying there being persecuted. if the councils started charging them rent & rates for the mess they leave they wouldent come back. & if the police did there job they wouldent be driveing

Where are you from?
I think I see what you are trying to say, but the gypsy "problem" is a little over my head. I do believe that smokers should pick up their butts though. I hate seeing those things all over the place, but they have rights just like everyone else.

So, you believe that cigarette butts are the most environmentally friendly article that you can possibly have.

Please do this test.

Save all your cigarette butts for one week.

Bury them into the pot of someones expensive house plant (preferrably your own) and check how long the plant survives.

Also, if you really believe cigarette butts are the most environmentally friendly article that you can possibly have, try eating them.

Good Luck and do not be too sick.

Just one thing ,filter tips don't biodegrade otherwise your juxtapositions are purely semantic & only serve to highlight the inequalities of socio economics prevailing in the world of the mentally maladjusted
