I havent had any sex in 9 months and I picked up genital herpes how is that possible maybe a public restroom .I recently had an out break of blisters on my mouth im thinking if maybe I touched my mouth and then touched my genitals.I dont know. their has to be a remedy for this or an herb .If anyone knows anything plz respond i dont need any stupid answers i just need real answers.

It can take several months and even years for a person to have their first genital herpes outbreak after they have been infected. So, you could have become infected 9 months ago, or even before that, and just never knew because you didn't experience symptoms right away. It's estimated about 25% of people have genital herpes, and about half of them don't even know they have it because their symptoms are so mild, or they have never had an outbreak.
Also, you can NOT get genital herpes (or ANY other STD for that matter) from a toilet seat! That is a HUGE myth! If people were able to contract STDs from toilet seats then A LOT more people would have STDs out there. STDs are called STDs for a reason: Sexually Transmitted Disease.
There is no home remedy to get rid of genital herpes. Herpes is a virus and there are NO cures for viruses. There are antiviral medications that you can get with a prescription from your doctor like acyclovir, famciclovir (Famvir) and valaciclovir (Valtrex). Some people use natural products like lysine or aloe vera. Once you have genital herpes though, you have it for life. Good luck!

There is NO cure for either herpes simplex 1 or 2. Herpes simplex 2 is the genital kind but you can get it in other areas like the mouth.
L-Lysine has been shown to reduce outbreaks. You can buy this in pretty much any store with a supplement section. i.e. Walmart. I have heard of people using Tea Tree oil directly on the lesions to relieve symptoms.
The best thing to do is see a doctor and get something prescribed such as Acyclovir. Acyclovir is effective, and is generic so is cheap. If you take it during the outbreak It can reduce the length of time you have the outbreak or can even stop outbreaks from occurring if you take it every day.
As far as getting the disease with out sex. You could have got it from oral sex or even from kissing if the other person had HS2 lesions on their mouth. It should also be known that many people don't see any symptoms until many months after their first contact with the disease.

Yes, there isn't any. Herpes is caused by a virus. Actually, there is little cure for viruses nowadays. The only thing that you can generally do in the case of a viral infection is strengthen the immune system and hope it fights it off. Not with Herpes, the immune system can't win against it. Thus you only get to treat the symptoms. Once you're infected, it stays with you for life. So don't get infected.

It is possible to carry Herpes for years without ever having an initial outbreak. Some people are born with it, some pick it up by skin-to-skin contact at some point in their life.
