Quorn is great for vegetarian meats. They have burgers and hot dogs that look and taste the same, but are meat free. The only reason why we eat meat is to get protein, so you may be low on this. Alpro Soya makes dairy free products that are made from soya beans, and they too taste the same as any other regular dairy product. The reason I am listing this is because it has extra protein than regular dairy, especially the milk. Per 100ml of Alpro Soya Milk Light, it has 21 calories and 3 grams of protein. if you have any troubles, just visit your local store and ask where they have vegetarian and vegan foods. They should already have an aisle pacifically for this need. Good luck, and remember that vegetarianism and veganism is a lot healthier!

Well I love meat but I cannot ignore the health benefits of cutting it out but supplementing with complete proteins.
If you are wanting to go vegetarian but still enjoy teh flavor of meat... Morning Star makes VERY VERY good food. The hamburgers are excellent as are the mini corndogs (tastes just like the real thing). But after awhile it gets expensive.
If you need just to eat healthy then make sure you eat complimentary proteins.. Rice has protein as well as beans.. However rice is missing a few essential amino acids, same with beans. But beans have what rice is missing and vice-versa. You also would need to determine what foods have proteins.
Legumes (peas, lentils, beans, nuts, peanut butter)
Soy (tofu, soymilk, soybeans)
Egg substitute

I wonder what the reason is for a person who eats meat often to choose vegetarianism. I don't recommend any fake meat. If you want to be a vegetarian, then don't eat meat. There are plenty of great non-meat foods around.
There is, however, no substitute for ice cream.

Bocca burgers are delicious! They taste exactly like real meat! All bocca products are really good...Um...if you have a "Whole Foods" in your town you should go to one. Everything is organic and healthy even if a bit costly...They most definetely will have meatless meats there!
(I wish I could be a bit more helpful. Good luck on becoming a vegetarian!)

It's easy.
When you eat spaghetti, leave out the meat.
Even hamburgers and hot dogs can be eaten without the meat. They are actually pretty good that way, in my opinion, they are better that wat.
If you make chili, leave out the meat.
If you make tacos or burritos or whatever, leave off the meat, and substitute beans if you like.
Fajitas- again, make them veg. fajitas.
As you can see, nothing really needs meat.
Morningstar makes meat alternatives that are so much like meat, I find them repulsive!
GOOD LUCK ON YOUR VEGETARIANISM:D!\
Also, there is a substitute for ice cream .Soy delicious..and it's good!
