hey this was my research i need to know your point of view about this matter...

NEVER SMOKE or drink


Have calorie control. make sure you have calorie control


Eat a diet of rich in meats that are rich in saturated fat red meat is particularly good and nutrient dense and veggies fruits nuts


Do short hard all out sprints ONLY a few

3 times a week tops

Walk other days but not excessive walking with 2 days of complete rest

I don't really get what you're asking. Do you mean:-
- does lifestyle recommendation work?
or
- what are the lifestyle recommendation for reducing bp?

If it's the first one - yes, lifestyle changes can definitely cause a significant improvement in the blood pressure. Taking medicine without changing the lifestyle is not enough, lifestyle changes must always be tried first and only if that doesn't improve the bp, then medicine will be used.

If it's the second one, then there are many things that a person can do:-
1. cardio & aerobic exercise 20-30 mins, 3-4 times a week
2. healthy diet --> less fat, oil, salt, sugar, and eat more vegetable
3. limit alcohol intake to the appropriate units
4. STOP SMOKING

People with high blood pressure are more at risk of heart attacks and strokes. If you have high blood pressure it is a good idea to consult your family doctor.

Strictly diet of sodium, alcohol, caffein, spicy, bad fats and cholesterol, sugar (for diabetics), maintain optimal weight, eat citrus, flavonoids fruits more often and do few short fast walks daily at least.
