Small bananas are OK one at a time. I've never heard of a pure/high fruit diet, but good luck to you. Peaches are good as well as blue berries. They both have lots of fiber and low sugar.

most fruits can be eaten. but you really can't have juice. its too high in sugar. its the texture and stuff that helps you hae to have some of it greens and stuff meat 3 oz and fish is good also. not cray fish or crab. you need to eat alot of veggies.
