If that was taken in the morning, before any food, that's a bit high (not perfect). If it was taken within four hours after a meal, it's fine. For more on what's perfect or not, read this:

Need more info...... is that a fasting blood sugar reading (like first thing in the morning?) If it is a fasting blood sugar reading then it's slightly high......should be under 100.

it's normal. it's on the high side of normal for a fasting blood sugar.

I have to agree with those that answered a little on the high side. You really want to see it under 104 after a 12 hour fast.
In addition it would be nice to know your age, and ethnic background.

anything over 100 is bad. you are what a doctor would call borderline. but if you would just diet and exercise you could be down to normal an dmaybe not be on anything for awhile longer but you hae to be careful but that is you. take care.
