One cigarette will not kill you, in fact it may save your life if it keeps you from smoking from now on. Drinking can and will kill you, especially you with your biological makeup.

Most people have a reaction to a mixed drink of relaxing, slowing down, feeling good. You get hyper. That shows (do you take adhd meds? or any meds? certain meds + alcohol = overdose) that your system is backwards from most of us. Instead of relaxing, it revvs up your engine. Your heart is beating faster, your impulse control is completely gone, and you would do things you never would ordinarily do. People like you who drink excessively can cause their heart to beat way too fast, and actually cause a stroke.

Something's wrong here. You're either mixing alcohol with meds, or drugs, whatever. But if you were my kid, I'd get the alcohol out of the house now, before you become addicted, before you DUI, before you overdose.

When your body is grown a little more, and you're not taking any meds or drugs, a glass oc champagne at a wedding is fine. A glass of red wine with dinner is even thought to be healthy. The key is to keep it moderate, and stop if signs of addiction show up.

Be smart, kiddo. I think you already are, just needed some reminders.

Don't ever use either one again you don't need the trouble and the bad health that comes with both of them. You don't like smoking then keep it that way and never smoke again. I can't believe you think you like drinking, if you drink and drive you will lose your license and each time you lose them it will be harder and harder to get them back. Do you want to be the only person in school your age that don't have a drivers licences? Think Hard About It, if you chose to do this you are no where bound! Good Luck!

lol I gave up 6 months ago with nicorette and 16 days ago I gave up nicorette, very tough and now sometimes I have wine or brandy or whatever.
I reduced coffee by half as well, it's just hard but holding on lol, hang in there, try not to drink unless your stomach is full or you pickle your liver, never in any case drink too much in one go, that's worse than a fair amount but slowly, without overloading your liver. I eat so it's ok but I am putting on weight again, going to pick ups swimming again soon.
good luck and never even have a puff again or it'll be back to square one!

A little drink for the stomach is not wrong as long as you are not under 21 unless your parents allow you to. As long as you don't get drunk then i dont think that is wrong.

smoking and drinking are for losers. Dont waste your time on that crap. They both just make you age quicker, and stink!!!
