monitor for s/s of infection-increase in redness, heat, swelling and/or pain.
keep pressure off the graft
change the dressing per the MD order (if there is one)
monitor temperature, and labs
document on the appearance of the graft q shift.
Encourage po fluid intake to keep the pt hydrated
