Cabbage[s] have a very high fibre content and it is this which is causing so much wind.

There are plenty of alternatives/substitutes for cabbage. Spinach, much maligned, has the same vitamine content as cabbage but a much higher level of iron. Baby spinach leaves may also be used as a salad leaf.

Cabbage contains lots of fiber. It is a member of the brassica family, which also contains broccoli and kale, which also cause "wind".
But, seeing as you're a juicearian, there is almost no fiber in vegetable juice so you should be fine.
Any wind you've got is the hot air you're blowing up everyone else's rear ends.

You indeed are a true lady, Ashley. I like the delicacy with which you opt for the word "wind" as opposed to the more de clase' "farts", "breezers", or "cutting the cheese." And yes, cabbage and the cabbage family produce a lot of "wind". Brussell sprouts are notorious as well.

Maybe you eat it too quickly or don't digest it properly,
i find that brussels sprouts have the same effect, as does lettuce, brocolli, in fact pretty much anything green!

Your boyfriend likes it. Go pass wind on him. Keep doing it, maybe he'll stop seeing that stripper.
