Um does she have chlmydia in her mouth? I hope not. Otherwise yes she should be be able to kiss people without passing the virus on to others. So long as no one is "kissing" her genitals.

Chlamydia is not a virus. It's an intracellular obligate bacteria and there are different kinds. The genital type is usually transmitted sexually , while the one that affects the nose and lungs can be transmitted through respiratory secretions- this will include saliva, sneezing- this will cause bronchitis, asthma,ear infection, pneumonia.
If a pregnant woman has Chlamydia, the child may have pneumonia, or eye infection.
so yes you can transmit the chlamydia bacteria by kissing but this is different from the one you transmit sexually.

Chlamydia is an STD (Sexually transmitted disease). Not unless you plan on kissing someones genitals. I don't believe you can get it by just kissing someone unless it can be transmitted through the mouth. Personally I have never heard of this but the best source for your answer would be to check it out on the net at WEB MD or just look up the definition of the disease itself. I would guess that an GYNECOLOGIST would know this as well, so call one of those free clinics for your answer to be sure or even the health dept. in your state.

Yes she can kiss because chlamydia needs to be inside of cells to live and reproduce. Saliva is not considered a way of getting chlamydia.
