Subway's Italian (white) bread is the only vegan bread. The Wheat has honey (snarl).

Depending on which pizza delivery service you use, you might be able to get away with buying a cheeseless pizza and load it up with vegetables.

I believe they all contain milk. However, if you have a Little Ceasars Pizza around you all their crust is vegan and you can just get a cheese-free piza with veggies.

Just get some frozen vegan pizzas from Amy's Kitchen - they have them at most grocery stores. They're usually in the frozen organics section but if you can't find them ask someone who works in the store. If you can't find any of these, just get a can of pizza dough, some sauce and veggies and make cheeseless pizza. Soymage parmesan topping goes great with cheeseless pizza too if you can find any and so does a simple dipping sauce of olive oil and herbs. In fact, you could just make all of your pizzas from canned pizza dough and save yourself some money instead of buying from a restaurant.

the regular white bread is vegan. the others either have cheese in/on them, or have honey (the wheat bread has honey). your vegan friends are lucky to have someone so careful with them!

No, none of them are vegan. I believe they had lactose, or whey, or some dairy hidden ingredient. It's unfortunate.
