You should try Kohinoor Platinum rice. It is the original basmati I.e, not some hybrid seed. It has natural Aroma, Sweet Taste, and softness in terms of it melts in mouth.

Royal is the one I use and the next fav is Tilda...and basmati is from Dehradun-just like me!...so trust me.....

Gah! I threw away the bag and dumped it in a jar. It's in a brown burlap sack. I can get it at Safeway or Albertsons. I love it.
