There is this product called Enzara that you get on line, clears is up(and the odor ) in about a week. The trick is... you've got to stay on the pills and drink plenty of water. They are herbal and no prescription is needed. It worked for me, hope this helps!

You can buy over-the-counter medicine from your local drug store - Monistat - for yeast infections. If it's a mild case, some times having your period will change the chemical balance and make it go way on it's own, unless you keep passing it back and forth between you and your husband. Signs of yeast infections:
White, cottage cheese-like discharge
Swelling and pain around the vulva
Intense itching

Yogurt (plain only) or acidolophis can help replace good bacteria in your body or get meds from Planned Parenthood - they charge based on a sliding scale. Signs of bacterial vaginosis:
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
Itching or burning
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva

For both stay away from sugar for awhile.

Signs of trichomoniasis
A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge
An unpleasant odor
Pain and itching when urinating
Most apparent after your period

-----What causes BV?
The cause of BV is not understood. It can develop when something, like sexual contact, disrupts the balance between the good bacteria that protect the vagina from infection and the harmful bacteria that don't. It is not clear what role sexual activity plays in the development of BV, but BV is more common among women who have had vaginal sex. But BV is not always from sexual contact. We do know that certain things can upset the normal balance of bacteria in the vagina and put you more at risk for BV:

Having a new sex partner or multiple sex partners

Douching

Using an intrauterine device (IUD) for birth control

Not using a condom

We also know that you do not get BV from toilet seats, bedding, swimming pools, or from touching objects around you.
Here is signs of yeast infection---symptoms of a vaginal yeast infection include:

soreness
rash on outer lips of the vagina
burning, especially during urination
In addition to intense itching, another symptom of a vaginal yeast infection is a white curdy or thick discharge that is mostly odorless. Although some women have discharges midway between their menstrual periods, these are usually not yeast infections, especially if there's no itching.

I've but to uncover any well therapies, however I've been instructed on making use of traditional yoghurt to a tampon, do not take sizzling baths simplest hot showers. If you simplest like baths then make certain they are no longer too sizzling and do not wash your hair within the bathtub while. Don't put on tights or too tight garments, attempt to put on simple cotton pants. Use non-organic washing powder on your garments, drink tons of water and if all else fails Diflucan is extremely superb! Get higher quickly!
