whenever I try to make one at home all I can do is roll it up.Its not even a burrito then,its a taco that is way way too soft.

i used to work at a mexican restaurant...all u do is instead of putting the filling in the center put it kinda on the edges and roll half way and fold the bottom flap and roll all the way...hope this helps...good luck

Put your filling 1/4 the way up on one side. Then fold over the 1/4 flap, then fold the sides in, then roll it up.

They use really big tortillas, and put the filing off-center, so there's a flap to roll and hold onto. You're probably overfilling your tortillas.

Just cheat like I do...use some toothpicks...after awhile the cheese will stick and keep it closed...Good Luck
