High cholesterol and high blood pressure can affect eye sight. When you have high blood pressure, it can cause tiny hemorrhages in the blood vessels of the eye, causing one to lose some vision. Cholesterol that collects in the eye also can cause one to lose eyesight because it creates nodules of cholesterol where it collects.
Take tablet niacin, and eat a low cholestrol diet, and do physical is the only solution.

Do you mean a sty or pimple around the eyelid? If yes, try using a wash cloth with warm/near hot water for 5 min 3 times a day till it goes away.
