Because I have bleeding ulcers and I am taking iron supplements I cannot drink milk because it blocks the absorbtion of iron. Must be low in caffine too.

I drink sugar free flavored water. It's great, tastes good and it doesn't even have the carbonation of a cold drink.

if you drink lactose free milk, you can have milk as long as you do not drink it within 2 hours on either side of your dose of iron. it must be lactose free however, or lactic acid forms and you don't need that with an ulcer.

crystal light is about it. sugar free koolaid. not much else out there.
