Heart fluttering-right hand side of the chest??

Is it possible to feel heart fluttering not only on the left hand side, but that it 'spreads' to the middle or right-hand side of the chest? I am sure that it isn't a case of muscle twitching and it is discomforting. I am 28 years old, lower end of normal weight, and not on any long-term medication.

if you honestly think your heart is "fluttering", then you need to see a cardiologist asap.

i think it would be in the middle or left side.however ask a doctor
