i need some more ideas...im in a baked bean contest THIS WEEKEND!!!!! the manager at the place thats having it said some people get pretty whacky with their presentation ideas! we are setting up on a long conference table...i need whacky crazy ideas because presentation is a seperate award...taste being #1. PLEASE HELP ME PEOPLE!!!!!

"Jack in the Beanstalk" theme:
You could build a beanstalk out of that green foam (like you get at Michaels for fake floral arrangements)
Then get some fake ivy that has the bend-y wire and stick in the foam. You could get a little plastic man in any toy dept. and attach to the "beanstalk" as if he's climbing up.
Then put your bowl of baked beans at the top of the stalk (secure it with super glue)
Or you could attach "Jack" to your bowl as if he's climbing in the bowl.

Carve out some jack o' lanterns (getting to be that season) and serve beans therein - Whoopee Cushions for placemats (goes with the 'bean' theme) and, of course, air fresheners for all!

i say get some pinto beans..(or n e hard bean) and get one of those plastic table cloths and hot glue the pinto beans around the edge....

How about serving them in a hollowed-out watermelon? you could spray-paint it "bean" color so it lookis like a gigantic baked bean......
