Stress can manifest itself in many ways. Chest pain can be one of the ways- but- I would not assume that if I were you. If you are having any additional symptoms such as shortness of breath, pain in your left collar bone, shoulder, or down your left arm, nausea, or light-headedness, it could be serious. These are all warnings of a heart attack. Constant anger is very detrimental to your overall health. Don't keep it bottled up. Find someone you can talk to about this. Anger can make us do things we normally would not do. Good luck!

There could be several reasons your chest hurts but, how old are you, whats your medical history, all that and more. It's best not to be to safe and then sorry so, I would either call my doctor or go to a ER and tell them about the chest pains. Let them give you an EKG and clear the air.

If everything is O.K. then you have anger to deal with, Sometimes this can be just as bad as a heart attack, you must deal with this and take care of it. Maybe see a psychologist and get some inforamtion from him, as to or how to, deal with these problems that are bothering you.

Often the discomfort is moderate however commonly it is so unhealthy I can barley take a breath. It additionally feels love it begins on the backside of my rib cage after which travels up my facet because it slowly is going away. I used to be informed by means of my medical professional it used to be "developing" pains. Then while I used to be older, I introduced it up once more and he stated it would be a muscle junk mail. It's been months given that I've had one. With me, the discomfort simplest final a couple of seconds and on the so much a minute or 2. They additionally simplest appear to occur a couple of times in an afternoon while i do have them. I might propose that in the event that they arise extra customarily, a couple of occasions in an afternoon I'd see any one approximately it. It would be not anything or it would be anything (form of seen reply).
