no reservations dessert?

This is going to sound so silly. But, in the movie No Reservations, the male chef makes Catherine Zeta-Jones' character an Italian dessert. I want to know what it is, but I couldn't understand what he said. Does anyone know what it's called?

I saw the movie, but don't remember the dessert in question. I went online to the No Reservation site and they had a listing of recipes included in some of the foods made in the movie. The two desserts mentioned were a Creme Brulee and a Mousse A La Chocolate (chocolate mousse). Give it a try!
