I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If you remain regular (one dump per day) and you feel fine, then go for it. If you notice any irregularity, your body may be having a hard time digesting as you are sleeping and it is time for your body to relax.
If eating salad is bothersome to you, try decking it out with healthy toppings...A salad can be made VERY interesting and tasty.
Eat spinnach salads instead of lettuice (which has VERY LITTLE value health wise). Include carrots, or even fruit.

shouldn't
as long as you use only a moderate amount of low fat dressing, and go easy on the crutons, bacon bits, any kind of meat or protien, chese or bread products (crackers)
I wish I could eat salad without dressing!!
Lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes all have VERY low (if not 0 or negative) calories, and should not put weight on you.

Better than eating double cheese burger b4 bed!.Yeah the salad before bed is absolutely harmless. If it ever gets too dry to eat you can occassionally use a small quantity of low-calorie dressing.

Most nutritionist recommend that you don't eat 2 hours before bed so that your food has time to digest. I don't know if what you eat matters but it's a good rule to remember.

well it depends of your deff of salad. Lettuce, cucumbers . . . no in fact it will keep your metabolism running BUT if you add cheese and dressing and croutons then yeah, it sure will. all that will turn to fat and sugar over night and your body will store it and not burn it.
