Yes but dont over do it make sure you get good amounts of iron in spinch and stuff.. This was my mistake when i was veg i could have died because my iron levels just got so low.. Now i can never be veg again because of my anemia.. So make sure you stay heal;thy and get a good amount of vitiams i wish you good luck.

it makes me pleased to know that as a result of a persons choise less animals will be slaughtered, so yes it does make me happy.
