It's for use at home. I need a good brand that has repair services within Cebu..in case the unit breaks down.

Go to Ayala Mall, you'll find some nice ones at the super metro department store and there is also a store that sells them in the Mall

You may be better off purchasing one online rather than trying to look for a store... I am not sure of the availability of treadmills in your area.
Most of the major treadmill brands are good, however if you want a good money/value deal go with Vision Fitness T9200 Simple or Bowflex 7-series.
