IT is called shortness of breath or dyspnoea. this topic will help you out and consult a doctor:

Common Causes

Shortness of breath has many different causes. Obstruction of the air passages of the nose, mouth, or throat may lead to difficulty breathing. Heart disease can cause breathlessness if the heart is unable to pump enough blood to supply oxygen to the body. If the brain, muscles, or other body organs do not receive enough oxygen, a sense of breathlessness may occur. Sometimes emotional distress, such as anxiety, can lead to difficulty breathing. Specific causes include the following:

* Lung disease
* Asthma
* Emphysema
* Coronary artery disease
* Heart attack (myocardial infarction)
* Interstitial lung disease
* Pneumonia
* Pulmonary hypertension
* Rapid ascent to high altitudes, with less oxygen in the air
* Airway obstruction
* Inhalation of a foreign object
* Dust-laden environment
* Allergies (such as to mold, dander, or pollen)
* Congestive heart failure (CHF)
* Heart arrhythmias
* Deconditioning (lack of exercise)
* Obesity
* Compression of the chest wall
* Panic attacks
* Hiatial hernia
*

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

Your heart is ineffective at getting oxygenated blood to your muscles and to itself.

It could be simply your heart and other muscles are weak from lack of exercise, and don't have extra arteries developed to assist with distribution.

You have to take on a slower, easier exercise program to start. As what you are doing gets easier, you can do a little more every week or two. Little by little the heart gets stronger, as do other muscles.

lot of options. you could just be stressed or overfatigued. Or you possibly might have a heart problem. Go to the doctor as soon as u can because this kind of things are no joke, can be very simple or can be your worst nightmare.

You are probably fat and a couch potato like me. If true, change your eating habits and exercise but first go to a doctor. If not true, go to a doctor NOW.
